Ms. Katrinak

Welcome to Miss Katrinak's Fourth Grade Class!

Hello! My name is Miss Katrinak and I am a fourth grade teacher at Edgemere Elementary School. This is my sixth year at Edgemere. I am a proud graduate of Loyola University Maryland where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Go Greyhounds! I am currently working towards a Masters degree in Reading Education at Towson University.

When I am not teaching, I really love spending time with my family and friends.  Making memories that will last a lifetime means so much to me!  Some of my favorites include...

Colors: pink, purple

Food: pizza, Chipotle, and anything crab

Places: the beach, the pool, outdoor concerts, and Target

Author: Nicholas Sparks

My goal as a teacher is to encourage multiple styles of learning. I like to provide my students with a welcoming classroom experience where they can grow and achieve. My focus for all of my students is that they are able to reach their fullest potential each day. I encourage my students to be excited about their interests and to develop a positive mindset towards learning!
